Not for the faint of heart, the Ferris wheel stands at 135 meters and is so popular it is now a permanent attraction along the Thames in the London borough of Lambeth.  It takes 40 minutes to complete a full revolution, but for those daring enough to board one of its glass pods, the 360 degree views of London are spectacular.
