Origami and prehistoric monsters…

The Royal Treatment…Part Deux.  One of the largest museums in North America, the Royal Ontario Museum, or Musée royal de l’Ontario, makes a bold statement before one even enters her galleries.  The Daniel Libeskind-designed entrance, nicknamed “The Crystal,” greets visitors with sharp, origami-like angles…only to then terrify you with one the largest dinosaur displays in North America.  Plan on spending more than just a day here as the galleries are extensive and varied.  Here are just a few :

– Africa :  Egypt, Nubia
– Chinese Architecture
– Earth’s Treasures
– Mammals
– Rome
– Schad Gallery of Biodiversity
– Textiles & Costumes
