Walking a fine line between dedication to art and celebrating an irreverent view towards authority and quirkiness is the city’s Gallery of Modern Art, known as much for the statue of the Duke of Wellington with a traffic cone on his head greeting visitors at the entrance as it is for the unconventional installations inside.
