Part 2 of 2. Halifax’s Museum of Natural History can easily be enjoyed over the course of a few hours. Located downtown on Summer Street, the museum showcases archeology, the cultural history of Nova Scotia, marine life and more. The permanent collections include the coastal aquarium, geology, mammals and birds, Sable Island, and science on the sphere (which can be enjoyed in 360.) The new exhibition, Body Works RX, is being unveiled as of this writing and focuses on the impact of disease on the human body and features ground-breaking specimens.
